Exposed Aggregate
Exposed aggregate is a highly durable and visually striking decorative concrete finish. Unlike standard concrete, which has a smooth, troweled surface, an exposed aggregate finish strips away the top layer of cement paste to reveal the rugged, beautiful textures of the stones, pebbles, or sand embedded within.
How we expose perfection.
A transparent look into our engineering and finishing pipeline.
Subgrade Preparation
We excavate and compact the base to exact specifications, ensuring proper drainage and a stable foundation immune to shifting and settling.
Custom Batching
Premium aggregates are carefully selected and mixed into the concrete batch, balancing color profiles and stone density for a perfectly uniform spread.
The Pour & Retarder
After pouring and precision leveling, a specialized surface retarder is applied to temporarily halt the curing of the top microscopic layer while the core hardens.
Washing & Sealing
The uncured surface paste is washed away, revealing the textured stone beneath. Once fully dried, a high-gloss or matte penetrating sealer is applied to lock in the color.
